Warehouse Module
Complete warehouse management for tracking inventory, movements, and storage locations.
Step 1: Inventory Management
Navigate to Warehouse > Inventory to view current stock levels across all your products and locations. Use the search bar to find specific products, or apply filters to narrow results by warehouse location, stock status, or product category.
Step 2: Stock Movements
Go to Warehouse > Stock Movements to record incoming and outgoing stock. You can transfer products between warehouse locations, log new receipts, and track dispatches. Every movement is recorded with a timestamp and reference, giving you a full movement history for audit and traceability.
Step 3: Warehouse Locations
Set up your warehouse structure under Warehouse > Locations. Define warehouses, zones, and storage areas to organize your inventory. Each location can be assigned a name and code for easy identification when recording stock movements.
Step 4: Stock Reconciliation
Periodically compare your physical stock counts with system records to ensure accuracy. When discrepancies are found, create adjustment entries to correct the system quantities. This keeps your inventory data reliable for reporting and order fulfillment.
Tip: Stock movements are automatically created when shipments are received or goods are dispatched. You can also create manual adjustments for inventory corrections.
