Sales Module
The Sales module is the core of NouraCRM. Manage your customers, products, proforma invoices, and final invoices — all with multi-currency support.
Step 1: Managing Customers
Navigate to Sales > Customers to view, create, and edit your customer records. Each customer can have a company name, contact info, address, and associated currency.
Step 2: Adding Products
Go to Sales > Products to manage your product catalog. Each product has a name, description, unit of measurement, and default price. Products can be reused across invoices and proformas.
Step 3: Creating Proformas
Proforma invoices are preliminary invoices sent before the final sale. Navigate to Sales > Proformas to create one. Select a customer, add line items from your products, set quantities and prices, then save or send.
Step 4: Generating Invoices
Final invoices are created under Sales > Invoices. You can create invoices from scratch or convert a proforma into a final invoice. Each invoice supports multi-currency amounts and automatic numbering.
Tip: All amounts in invoices are shown in the selected currency. You can set up multiple currencies in Settings > Currencies and assign them per customer.
